Reviews around work (4.56 of 5)

  • An inexpensive capo that works well and is very heavy duty in construction.
  • Took 1/2 mo to come but i loved this capo works well for my acoustic
  • This capo works great and for the price it's hard to beat.
  • The rubber pad is flat and this capo works well on guitars with a flat fret board
  • it's alot cheaper and works really

Reviews around price (4.33 of 5)

  • this is built very good and the price is unbeatable the capo is glossy
  • Works just as good as the expensive ones at music stores for 5 times the price
  • does exactly what a capo is suppose to do at a really good price
  • It's really good for cheap price because it still works very well even though it has been over a year
  • out Usually the low E or the high E string is just dead

Reviews around ship (4.30 of 5)

  • But shipping was slow
  • Item was described accurately and the shipping was reasonable.
  • Took a while to ship, but its from china, so I can't complain.
  • the shipping on it sucks because it takes about a month, but it's definitely worth it
  • The shipping took longer than expected, but I'm not complaining, considering it was free

Reviews around item (4.30 of 5)

  • Just as good as more expensive items
  • The item came in late so I complained about it
  • For me, it's worth having a cheap, replaceable capo, because it's an easy item to lose at a jam session!
  • The item hasn't broken, but since it's a quick-change capo, it doesn't quite press all strings equally
  • This is a very inexpensive item and I can't imagine a more expensive one working any better.

Reviews around product (4.27 of 5)

  • Very cheap and useful product, it makes it much easier to play more songs and sing them as well.
  • For you guitar players out there, I would not recommend this product
  • it really great, looks just like it in the picture and i totally recommend this product because it's such a great price
  • It works perfect thank you for a great quality product I can depend on
  • but it's expected for the price, still great product though!

Reviews around deal (4.16 of 5)

  • Good as I hoped for and can use it for guest players and family use
  • out Usually the low E or the high E string is just dead
  • The only sound I could compare it to is like in guitar hero when you like press the wrong button or miss a
  • Been using it heavily for a month now, and it still works exactly as it did when I fits opened it
  • (maybe I was just getting a really good deal?).The first couple of times I used this capo, there were no issues, but within the first week the metal coil that actually provides tension for the capo popped out.

Reviews around quality (3.98 of 5)

  • It's good quality and is both a full capo and a three-string capo
  • Better to spend 4 bucks more and get a good quality one.
  • Very good beginning capo, no Failure, Decent quality, no breaks
  • I would recommend this as a first capo, it was cheap, but still good quality.
  • It is much cheaper than other capos but just as good quality

Reviews around spring (3.73 of 5)

  • I don't feel the spring is strong enough to do the proper job.
  • The spring is really hard, which makes for a solid grip on the neck and an even fretting
  • The spring is so strong it may even be work for a 12-string guitar as well
  • The spring is plenty strong enough to hold down all 6 strings with no problems
  • The unit feels pretty sturdy and it has a strong spring

Reviews around sound (3.48 of 5)

  • All of the people that gave it a positive review probably aren't true musicians, it's made of plastic and muddles your sound
  • Its just an unpleasant sound that you will not wanna play with this capo
  • One of the best capos I have used, feels very solid on the end of the guitar and presses down on all the strings properly to give a great sound
  • It works great easy to use , gives my guitar a great sound and at great
  • I was pretty excited when they arrived, I threw one on my acoustic...and the sound was awful

Reviews around buzz (1.00 of 5)

  • Not the best quality at times though, there appears to be fret buzz at the low E string at times, but if you position it right, it goes away.
  • The bar doesn't curve with the fretboard as much as it should and too much tension was applied to the middle strings, while I was getting fret buzz on the low E because of not enough tension
  • It has great tension and causes absolutely no fret buzz
  • It's not as attractive as a Kyser, but it is functional and I have had no problem at all with fret buzz or anything else while using this one
