I get a more accurate reading on a $5 thermometer from kroger

It has to be very close to the forehead for the reading to be accurate

The temperatures are never accurate

You buy a thermometer for one reason... to take an accurate temperature.

This gives inaccurate and inconsistent temperatures

I return this product the temperature on the thermometer was not correct

The number no exactly.my temperature is over 99f,but it still shows 97.normal degrees.

I had a hard time at first fiquiring out how to use it..not tech savvy

The problem with ease of use is the first time you turn it on you have to set up the time and date if you want to use the memory function, and the instructions for how to do so are written in a font that is barely readable it is so small
