    • One time I surprising connected to the TP link network and got to the screen to select a WiFi network, but my X4S didn't show up even though ALL my other mobile devices had no problem seeing the network from the same location.5
    • when utilized it warns that the network is not secure
    • However, it didn't work very well because it slowed down my network and automatically disconnected to the router.
    • I contacted customer support for help and after 40+ minutes online with a barely understandable tech, I was told I have to pay $149.99 for their Level 5 techs to clear out my network so this product would work
