    • If that signal is weak your full signal bars shown on your device is meaningless
    • If you don't get a strong enough signal you can move it closer to your host network router, or if you want greater distance coverage you can move it farther away as long as you are getting a sufficient signal to the extender to begin with

    • Good signal
    • Signal is strong, but actual network experience is terrible...

    • Good signal repeater
    • Therefore clearly, you have a poor signal, huge interference

    • and I am now getting a strong signal in that room
    • AC1200 Wifi Range extender to hopefully get a better wifi signal in my family room,my router (Amped wireless) is in a bedroom in the middle of the house ,was only getting a 20% wifi signal in the family room, but before i received the wifi extender my router completely went out stooped working

    • It works but didn't really give a very powerful signal strength buy a better TP-Link product
    • The signal and speeds from the extender for both bands are very stable.
    • Good signal.
    • Thank the heavens for the TP-link extender: easy to set up with helpful tools that even make it easy to find the right spot (Intelligent Signal Indicator) and most importantly, the beamforming feature which targets the signal to compatible
    • Fantastic signal booster

    • When done unplug TP unit and install it where it gets decent signal between router and furthest wifi computer
    • So, your devices don't always pick the best wifi signal.
    • Once connected it went from showing full signal, to losing signal and had to be reconnected
    • After installing this product, my entire house and garage are now covered with a strong signal
    • Stronger signal than our last netgear model and hasn't dropped yet.
    • and it always shows a red light instead of a blue light because it's not getting the best signal
    • The signal deteriorates too quickly over distance
    • No too happy doesn't work as I though it will.
    • With the extender, the strength of the signal has improved to -30 (2.4g) and -33 (5g), extremely strong, and the speed is consistently around 31 mbps down and 24.4 mbps up (2.4g) and 80 mbps both up and down (5g)
    • Now only the 2.4 G connection works.
    • good product, strong wifi signal.. support 5G easy to use, and good support team as well
    • That is not a knock against the extender at all but a caution that just because it says it supports 5g, your device you are connecting must also be 5g capable.
    • Easy to setup and the 2g plus the 5g work
    • you can see, the 2.4 Gig band was slower coming through the repeater, but surprisingly the 5.0 band was just as fast as with the primary router.
    • It works the floor above it and below it as well as on the other side of the wall
    • Work as it was promoted, very satisfied with product
    • Now with the AC2600 I can recieve strong signals across the street as well as in my back yard on the other side of the house
    • Worked exactly as I had hoped
    • I let the (good reviews) distract me from the (bad reviews), and there were plenty of those highlighting the same, and other issues (e.g., dropped connections, dead device, poor throughput).Honestly, I expect a lot out of a such an expensive product, but for me, this one didn't deliver, and is not worth keeping, as it's better for me, network performance-wise, to avoid using it all together.
    • I would like to return this product as it did not work as I expected it too
    • It did not work as
    • It's a product that promises a
    • When I finally got it connected with both bands it works as we had hoped
