    TP-Link AC1200 Dual Band WiFi Range Extender, Repeater, Access Point w/ Mini Housing Design, Extends WiFi to Smart Home & Alexa Devices (RE305)

    • Tech support was awful and did not even understand my issues or have any suggestions.
    • A call to tech support only resulted in further frustration, tho they really did seem to try
    • Had to call for tech support.
    • Have spent 6 hours with tech support trying to fix it and now they’ve given up on
    • Tech support was not helpful at all and suggested returning it
    • Tech support tried to tell me that lake that looks like glass blocks the signal
    • I called the tech support on 2 different days & held for 45 minutes before they disconnected me
    • The first tech support agent was dreadful.
    • After 30 minutes with tech support and a language barrier, we got it to work.
    • They also gave me a phone number to call (which I did a reverse phone lookup) for tech support which turned out to be located at an apartment in Round Rock Texas.
    • I will be contacting Amazon about how to return after trying tech support one more time to figure out how to make sure my info is not still on the returned unit.

    • I had tried a competitor's product... 4 hours (!) on the phone with offshore tech support, they never DID get it to work
