I have the router signal strength set to high and there are no dead or slow spots in our small apartment.

No blind spots with this one...the signal is strong all the way to the end of my driveway 70 feet away!

Good unit I should have bought a more powerful one my house has couple of dead spots.

The other problem with the older model was a "blind" spot in my single story home where the wifi signal dropped dramatically and that was in my bedroom approximately 15 feet from the router
