    • Getting hold of customer support was not easy - very long hold time.
    • She was one of the best customer support experiences I have ever had.
    • Despite almost 6 hours with customer support over 3 days via chat the extender would not work at all
    • Customer support of TP-Link (phone number hard to find) - helped me through the problem
    • But, hope and pray that you don't ever have to deal with customer support, as it is a remarkably frustrating experience.

    • This is garbage, had to reboot internet and this device has not worked properly since, have not been able to find a number for customer support to this device as well, it is easy to install.
