I did need to call the tech support to get assistance with the set up; I was set up within 5-10 minutes once they assist me

After 3 hours on tech support chat (with 2-5 minutes between each of their chats, making this tediously slow), updating all firm ware and resetting both devices multiple times, and many emails back and forth with multiple supervisors, I was advised it may be months for a patch to be worked up by their technicians to make these two devices compatible
