My wifi router is located upstairs and I use the range extender in my sunroom so that I get better coverage in my backyard
Better than a previous model and actually extended my wifi to outdoors with excellent coverage.
the 5G band never stays on, I have reset it couple of times and it works fine every time for a day, and then only the 2.4G stays on, 5 G never works!
Previously could not watch shows or movies on wireless devices or Fire Stick; now, with TP Link AC750 in place, the coverage is excellent and I no longer getting frozen pictures, pixilated shows, or completely dropped coverage

Range is not excellent as well as the connection quality/speed but for the price paid for this extender, its actually cheaper to buy a cheap router and add this product to cover the poor signal spots in your home.
Range is not the issue as I am only 10ft away from the router.
Works flawlessly and has much better range than a BEC wireless modem router combo
For the price this router is working excellently and improved range as well as speed for my apartment.
Functioned well and had great range but failed in a little over a month.

First the things I enjoyed were the coverage and it is decently fast for what I need it for in that regards as well as it is consistant.....again almost
Even from two floors away, this extender provides a steady 11 Mb/s download speed
I set it up (which wasn’t easy) and found that, while it does extend the network, when I’m connected to the extension the speed drops so dramatically it’s almost as unusable as without it.
It it right outside my door to help boost the signal through and now my speeds are just as good as when I'm in the living room or have my door open
Set up is super easy and it works as advertised to extend WiFi seamlessly!

Don't waste your money on anything else just go get one..or more of these.
WiFi Range extender is not working as intended, while my WiFi devices show good signal strength but internet speed slow (without range extender speed is over 8M with range extender speed under 1M) and lose internet connection all together frequently
If you want to dump your money in the trash do it without paying shipping.

I ordered this device to boost our wifi signal to teach the back bedroom
I purchased and installed this device (small, cheap, easy to install, and recommended by Wirecutter) and it SLOWED network performance greatly, and sometimes stopped it completely
It worked great for about a week then my devices kept losing signal completely

Sucks up the WiFi and does nothing but slow down the speed
and we wanted a router that would not slow down our speed.
Works well for what is needed but speeds are definitely slower
I do in fact know that this is the cause of my slow speeds
the speed drops are phenomenal!I have a Comcast router and pay for 150 MBPS.My bedroom does not receive good strength of wifi signals and hence a bit unsteady speeds

Extends wifi well, but causes connectivity issues when in an overlapping area of base router and extender (devices switch back and forth between each network, disconnecting each time).
This range extender was easy to setup and corrected the connectivity issues in my parent's home.
After we quickly installed this extender, we have no wifi connectivity issues

had to try many outlets before finding the perfect spot.
The range, distance from the router and distance to the devices, is limited but enough to revive a dead spot on the other side of the house which is what I wanted it to do
Just a few minutes to set up with WPS and put to use covering the dead spots.
It exceeds my expectations, and resolved my issue with dead spots
Works great to get signals in dead spots around the house.

Pros:-Kills dead zones-Seamless transition-Easy set up and maintenance (doesn't need very much at all)-FastCons:-Can sometimes add lag to webpages and gaming (as any extender would)

It's a piece of crab,no extended coverage nowhere, all it does is lose Wi-Fi coverage,GRADE F!!!@
I have until February 27th to return this unreliable piece of equipment and am willing to give it another chance or two, but I cannot advise anyone else to try it.
it is a piece of junk don't recommend you cant change the password and the firmware sucks you cant see attached devices and all the devices that i connect to
After seven hours they diagnosed a faulty piece of equipment and said to replace it through Amazon
