Getting darn-near the same speeds I'd be getting if hard-wired with excellent range and no connectivity issues.

Not very much better than the wifi adapter that came with my desktop, would sometimes disconnect but has great range and speed was a tiny bit faster than the stock.

Excellent performance, excellent range, excellent heat dissipation, no this will never get you gig/b speeds, but it will give you a stable connection with a bit of distance and not cause problems

I put it in a build I did back in September (about 4 months ago) and now the card will not connect to 5G and the 2.4G is ridiculously slow

I do have a WDnet900 which has poor 5g reviews sadly

This was the right price and supports dual band (G and N), 3) had great product reviews here on Amazon

My son likes that he can now get on the faster 5G wireless rather than just the 2.4G and his games are playing faster.

The USB wireless connector in the living room was an older model and I wanted something fast, which is faster, USB or PCI-E, which stands for PCI express

Just plugged into my PCI-E, screwed on the antennas and it worked
