    • I did need to use a switch with about 6 extra hdmi ports, because these units o Ly have two hdmi ports and you will use one for your wall connection or modem, so I plugged the switch I had from netgear I to the other hdmi port and voila, was able to hard wire connect a few other things (two external NAS drives, PC, etc.) with no problem
    • I have all 3 units hard wired in
    • Hard wired first about 10 feet from the router then plugged 2 and 3 about 20 feet apart(upstairs and further down the house
    • It disconnects constantly and I have it hard wired to help prevent this
    • it boosts up my signal strength and my wireless connection speed is now as fast as wired
