Absolutely horrible, absolutely worth the price though cheap
Coming at that cheap price, I think is a really good option for people who tend to use his cellphone or tablet a lot, but if you use a PC, or you are a GAMER trying to extend the range of your WIFI (which was my case)
Great price, very easy setup and administration with the app.
Great range, good look, strong signal...love the sale price I got it for too
This was a great price compared to others and it works great
The Pole barn receives power from my home fuse panel, this setup will not work if you have separate power meters from your electric company.the Powerline adapter I am using (TP-Link AV200 Nano Powerline Adapter)
I thought this was a very easy setup (which it is) until I kept getting an error
Easy setup, boosted the signal well, and even worked for our Hue bridge
The setup was very easy and this is coming from someone who is not all that tech savvy.
Easy setup, dependable operation, simple access...solved all existing issues
It has worked in 2.4g relatively well, but couldn't keep up with our small family of 4. 5g is fine when it decides to work, however very finicky and drops signal often
o bust the signal at the far end of your house.
Dies not work
The set up and options are great, but having a dual band router that only works on one band, is pointless.
We have two kids who are going to be on iPad for distance learning as well as two adults working from home on multiple devices
Tech support was responsive but failed the understand or fix the issue.
I have about 2 MB/s download speeds from my ISP that comes through my router, the TP-Link has a good connection displaying a green light, multiple different devices connect (desktop, laptop, smartphone) and all have strong strength signal, yet ALL devices are experiencing slow speeds as bad as 1 KB/s per second
After trying to figure it out for a bit, I finally got on the phone to tech support.
Spent almost an hour on the phone with tech support, finally got wifi to work
after an hour with tech support, they finally said it was incompatible with my TP-link router
Range and connections unreliable and range is horrible as advertised
The ethernet port works as well as if it was from the router itself.

Range is not as strong as I had hoped for, but still works as advertised
Thanks for making a product that not only works as advertised but is very easy to set up as well!
This device is adequate to the purpose, giving us three bars in those previously weak areas
Pressing TPS button on router changed my existing wifi password, as well as giving it to the new _Ext device, with no word to me about what that new password was
Good signal and the problem I had in the past with dead zone areas is solved.
Works exactly as it is supposed to and gives us great WiFi coverage in the areas our main router cannot reach, and for the price you

i can't in good judgment give the item low stars, the item works as it should, but the seller on the other hand, should make it very clear for buyers what GHz their item uses

It may even be hindering the effectiveness and range of my wifi network instead of just doing nothing
I suspect that the hundreds of other Wi-Fi routers in this building and in the three across the street limit its effectiveness.

And, I'm having very strange connectivity issues all over the place.
U may have to refresh your wifi list to see the extender, but it's usually your regular router name with EXT at the end.
Oddly, I seemed to have other connectivity issues in places I didn't before.
Have tried to do factory resets and reconnected to my router several times but keeps having connectivity issues
I bought this because I was having connectivity issues with my existing setup (Airport Extreme) in a few of the bedrooms that were furthest from the router placement.
there was a dead spot inourhouse where wifi was sketchy.
Good range, I did not think it would improve the Wi-Fi signal, now there are no dead spots
This makes our family room -- which had poor WiFi coverage because of the brick wall that used to be the exterior of the house -- the best spot in the house
Attempted to use as a travel router, connecting to a guest wifi in order to create my own hot spot so I could use Google home & chromecast on a public network
Finally found the best spot with good connection in the bonus room and it’s still working.
We hooked it up to a printer that has to be hard wired and does not have wifi
The range was less than 30 feet and the speed went from 175 mps hard wired to 20 mps wifi.
"Gulliver," this extender will identify itself to your w-fi-enabled equipment (like your smartphone) as "Gulliver_ext," with the same password as "Gulliver
No longer on the same floor as the router so I had to switch from hard wired to the router to a wireless connection
Both failed in less than a year and would not allow anyone to log in to the WiFi or let anyone on the Internet even hard wired
It works very well too, my room in my apt is a WiFi dead zone due to the distance from the router and modem, but this gives me full bars in my room (where it’s located)

An old dead zone is now on wifi with internet, podcasts and video all working extremely well!
This was very easy to set up and works perfectly for a room in my house that was definitely in the 'dead zone'
its great since the room that I am in is a dead zone for wifi
