This extender is super easy to install, however I dont think does a great job, the signal is not that strong and internet becomes slows.
-
The lady on the phone even told us there are some bad extenders out
-
This extender is a real life saver, but it's annoying because I have to reboot it everyday
-
Good extender.
-
This extender definitely exceeded my expectations
-
This "extender" IS SUCH a waste of time
-
Once connected correctly this inexpensive extender is amazing!!!
-
I would not recommend this extender to anyone!!!!!!!!!!
-
Pushing the button on router wouldnt connect the extender but the app worked great
-
but it far exceeds a cretin wifi extender who's name rhymes with 'FETGEAR'
-
Excellent WiFi extender!
-
I guess you get what you pay for, I will be purchasing a more expensive Wifi Extender and see if that works
-
I recently redecorated my bedroom and moved our bed which made the distance the furthest in the house from my router I was seeing 1 bar on my iPad, I located extender 5’ from my bed and BOOM I had full bars
-
For a cheap extender, this works, but some devices (newer roku, some phones) don't recognize the wifi signal as usable internet
-
The extenders worked as described
-
I suggest buying the more expensive Netgear extender
-
Save your money and buy a better extender
-
very good extender for the price
-
what an Extender more than 46 feet away and 5 walls to cross from the router and look at the picture of my laptop signal, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the best WiFi Extender TP-Link WiFi Extender, sorry Amazon for my first comment.
-
We unplugged the extenders and sure enough, he got right on
-
This extender is easy to install as you just have to plug it in, press a button and press another button on your router
-
great little extender
-
Good extender but the speed drops significantly
-
Great WIFI extender too!
-
This extender solves the problem!
-
The extender provided a substantial signal boost (from 1 bar to 5 bars) to the user's laptop.
-
I'm very pleased and highly recommend this very inexpensive extender.
-
This inexpensive WiFi extender is easily moved between the lower level and another bedroom where I sometimes need to take my laptop for Zoom Meetings.
-
Perfect extender
-
this is easy to install and works as extender but it will make the connection slow
-
My original WiFi is of 200 Mbps and despite keeping the extender well within the WiFi range, it gave me hardly 1.2 Mbps even after resetting it a couple of times
-
TP LINK failed wifi extender.
-
I have to say, this is the best extender I have used
-
For a cheap extender, this works, but some devices (newer roku, some phones) don't recognize the wifi signal as usable internet
-
This extender fix all that problem and no buffering when connected and in use
-
After running speed tests from all areas of my home, this extender is much slower than my router that is in the basement on the other side of the house
-
Unless you have a specialized need this is a great, cost effective extender that does exactly what it advertises.
-
Other extenders may be stronger but cost more
-
Excellent extender
-
If something changes, I'll update my review but this is an excellent range extender.
-
Nice extender for my WiFi
-
TP-Link makes excellent range extenders.
-
This extender is a real life saver, but it's annoying because I have to reboot it everyday
-
I would not recommend these extenders and yes they are cheap but you won't get very good coverage
-
Good range extender
-
, the extender picked up the very weak signal and bumped it up to full
-
This is the easiest extender I have ever hooked up for $17
-
very poor speeds as an extender
-
Setup was actually very easy but this thing fails as an extender or booster.
-
We walked though setting up and the extender is working fine
-
The extenders do not stay up (repeatedly losing IP address) and produce a disappointing (almost no) increase in signal strength.
-
Absolutely does not work, in fact when synced with this device my speeds get slower then without it, just pay a little extra and get a better quality extender.
-
Conclusion, this is not a good WiFi extender and it's only real use that I could think
-
I would recommend this extender, just not for basements with concrete walls
-
Good, Basic Range Extender
-
Great extender.
-
The extender stopped working lights off and would not reset
-
this extender is really easy to use, simple install. and improve the signal instantly
-
this extender is really easy to use, simple install. and improve the signal instantly
-
The wireless extender is very compact, takes only a few minutes to setup and helps immensely to connect devices on the other side of my house
-
This is the first extender I have ever used that didn't allow for a different password and it really kind of breaks the product for me.
-
Easy setup, awesome WiFi extender
-
the extender is fine
-
I love the Wi-Fi extender
-
It blows that other extender out of the water!
-
This extender is amazing
-
and I've placed where my old extender was and it hasn't not lost connection once, amazing
-
This extender is great for the price
-
A bit discouraged, and before I turned to my cable company for another expensive solution, I decided to give the choice of available extenders one more try.
-
The ONLY complaint i have is, if i turn blue tooth off on my phone, the extender is not the default device it will connect to when i turn bluetooth back on.
-
So basically it seemed like the extender was just sucking up the wifi and not actually dispersing any at all or extending it at all
-
n’t get it to work properly 🤷🏾♂️
-
Went back to my old reliable D-Link router for now.
-
I bought this unit for over $100.00 to replace a much slower D-Link.
