This product has really enhanced our internet service in the home

Purchased this product in June 2016, worked well for about 5-6 months, then started with spotty/iffy wi-fi (either slow, or would simply begin dropping connections).

I can't recommend this product with such a huge flaw.

The product was easy to install with clear directions, but I had to buy a second wi-fi booster covering a much larger area to get rid of the w-fi dead zones in my house.

Needed this product to boost connectivity/speed to security cameras, it did not work as expected signal was weaker and slower than connecting via wifi directly to the modem even though it was twice the distance away

This product solved my WiFi issue in the basement in minutes

I now run a Netgear AC1750 router, which appears just as fast as the TP-Link but cooperates with smart home products right out of the box.

Went back to my old reliable D-Link router for now.

I bought this unit for over $100.00 to replace a much slower D-Link.

U may have to refresh your wifi list to see the extender, but it's usually your regular router name with EXT at the end.
