Anyways, unless you are okay with an adapter that constantly disconnects and causes ping spikes (lag spikes), then this product is terrible

I've had this product for almost two years, and it still works very well

If you use an unpublished network name that you need to type in instead of select from a list, this product will not work

It adds less than 15 seconds and 2-3 clicks onto starting up your computer and that is more than a fair trade for such a great product

Not only that, but if they finally accept your return request, they initially expect you to pay to ship the defective product back to them.
