The device installs a driver to operate, which initially interfered with some other drivers I had installed.

I tested the connection by playing a YouTube video, the audio quality is horrendous (this device sounds good from my Galaxy phone, so it is not the Buds)

When I first purchased this device it worked great, I used it with my wireless headphones and tablet while working at my desk

this device simply solve that problem

Would recommend this device to anyone who seeks a bluetooth adapter for their PC.

This Bluetooth device is 100% useless junk.

If you buy this, I hope it's for a device compatible for plug and play so you won't have to pull it out and risk what happened to me

I have connected three devices at once (I don't have enough Bluetooth devices to test whether it works with 7 at a time.)

but if you are patient, and don't just hit the computer with a hammer (oh, you will want to) then it is a wonderful device

It did have trouble recognizing my headphones as an audio device at first, but I don't believe that was an issue with the dongle itself because it seems to be a fairly common issue when I searched for a solution.

This device is a nice inexpensive upgrade for pairing modern Bluetooth devices.

No problems adding new devices

It connects to any device just fine, but simple transmission seems to take it several cycles and minutes of waiting to determine whether it will connect or not.

The device itself has to be wrangled into working with windows, and then adds a separate, kludged together "Bluetooth" menu rather than simply working as a Bluetooth dongle

The device worked but had to pull the Bluetooth adapter out of its USB socket and replug in every time I restarted my Win 7 laptop and reinstall my device

My desktop has built in bluetooth, however, it must be a pretty bad receiver or something as my devices would lose connection frequently and cause stuttering

Revised 4/22/2020:Contrary to the PT-Link web site, the device does support Airpods.

I didn't waste any time connecting devices as I was able to connect my PS4 gaming headset within seconds

This device causes my pc to slow down and at times hang.

Great little Bluetooth device so long as you stay in the room its in and no walls/large objects obstruct its view from you
