got this phone for my 14 yo son, he loves it, takes good pictures, good screen size, reasonable price.
But still good quality good price even now.
All in all, I am very pleased with the service from Amazon (great price for this phone especially with the included service bundle) and TracFone (transfer and activation a breeze).

It's fast, clear, high quality screen, great camera (unlike my old phone), so much space (especially since I now have a 32gb SD card)
Very slippery without a case (get a case!)- Screen doesn't get very bright at all and sucks when you're outdoors in the sun.- Speaker and call quality are not the best but not terrible either.- Screen has pretty bad light bleed (on mine) at top of screen near the status
