It is how Tracfone's services work in general, with all phones smartphone or touchscreen, or flip(flip doesn't get group chat on any phone carrier though)

From many pros like the performance speed, design, service, speakers, batteries, storage, and phone features exceeds its use as a basic use or entry level smartphone phone

I stepped up from a really crappy tracfone smartphone, the XTE Valet

This is by far the best smartphone for use with Tracfone in my opinion

I love this smartphone

I should start by saying that my last phone was the LG 800 G , which was a not so smart smartphone

Excellent smartphone choice.

This has to be the best smartphone I've owned to date

My wife really enjoys her new smartphone, without the smartphone high price & contract

I can see myself being able to keep this phone for a good couple of years as long as the O/S doesn't become too outdated
