Even though the auto-amazon message says they may or may not get the message, I received an email almost immediately and after a couple of email exchanges, they sent me another!So bottom line, GREAT customer service and, even though my kids were able to push in the charge port, I still say it's pretty durable and fun item to use.

I actually love the item but it’s in Chinese and no instructions how to make it in English

(I make a point of charging it after that to be sure it's ready to go next time)Pairs quickly with Bluetooth & easily matched to any individual song or specific playlistBluetooth range is impressive (discovered when grands ran to other end of house debating whose turn it was, lol) at least 50ft w/o loss of pairingAwesome for user to be able to begin song over, skip back to previous or forward to next etc directly from the micSpeaker on mic surprisingly good quality for the costVoice changing options are a blast to play withYoungest grand (15 months) slobbered on it several times but appears to have done no damage to micAll around GREAT ITEM that provides endless fun
