I don't know if I should uninstall the program and reinstall and am worried that I may lose my already prepared tax return.
A very good tax program - using Premier for about 10 years- it has worked for all situations encountered.
Program doesn't work and it has now been 2 days since Turbo tax told me it was a global problem..still not solved

I like the way it pulls forward the data from previous years, keeps track of depreciation, and let's me compare this year's entries with last year's.
There are nagging problems that annoy me every year, such as errors that don't make much sense and an awkward way of dealing with foreign tax credits, but I will continue to use it.
If a mistake is made early, no way to delete it until the end when the program runs the final check as you are ready to send your return

Overall a pretty easy way to get the taxes completed unless you have special situations, in which case an upgraded version may be needed.

your customer service was also useless in helping me solve this problem.
