I will say when they did work sound was pretty good.

The first item I received was damaged, the wiring came out just after a day, they sent me another one as a replacement(having to send the other one back) and so far the new one works great

Great headset works with every console even Xbox one if you have a 3.5 mm Jack controller

The control box works well, but the knobs get turned a bit too easily and sometimes my volume will get turned down just by me moving slightly and the knobs getting rubbed against

This headset is AWESOME works great and is super easy to switch between our ps3 and computer

When I'm home gaming, I more often than not have my glasses on instead of contacts in, & finding a headset that works comfortably is extremely difficult for me.
