The problem is that as soon as I install the drivers from Turtle Beach's website and reboot, I loose all audio except for in Skype

The super human feature does work well with other softwares and creates very scratchy and echoy feedback, as well as removes certain audio altogether such as dialouge in cut scenes and other instances

the audio could be better for the price, but everything works very well

I love them, regarding the positional audio, volume, but, the 3.5mm jack you CAN NOT use unless they are powered on, the do not work as passive headphones fed by the power of your mobile device, they need to be turned of for the internal amp to work and drive the speakers, and also, the drivers from turtlebeach are and will always be s**t as well as their support, they take years to answer and their answers are never helpful, but I do not care about all that, because I bought them for the soul purpose of the good surround sound they provide and the fact that they are wireless, I do not care bout the drivers, audio quality, comfort, etc

Microphone broke after a year

Microphone also was highly sensitive which is both good and bad

No cable, excellent sound reproduction, good surround sound, clear microphone, and again, no cable

I loved, if you want wireless headphones with good sound and a good microphone, this is for you

It started as a small fracture, which I noticed because the headphones felt loose on my head, when normally they are firm

For me getting an enclosed earmuff style headphone is important because on the ear headphones hurt my ears for long sessions, these fit my whole ear in each cup and are very comfortable.

The battery life is not as good as on the Turtle Beach though, so it is a toss up as to what features are important to you, IF your head is smaller than ours are!So if you are looking at these as a gift for a kid or have a smaller sized head, with ears that are flatter and on the smaller side (to be fair, mine are slightly large), you might like these for the breathable ear cups and nice long battery

Also being able to hear your self talk within the headset is such a great feature

I don't recommend buying this unless they offer options to disable the announcer and shutdown "features".

The rebound of volume (when you speak too loud) was also nicely integrated as it allowed you to know how loud you were talking while also not dominating your background

There is also the ability to hear how loud you are talking which helps you talk at a normal level.

After the 2-3 weeks, the headset started to creak (plastic rubbing against itself), which is picked up by the mic (shows mic pickup in Discord), so 2 stars because plastic shouldn't creak and affect the mic ever

If they weren't made with a cheap plastic band they'd be perfect, but because of that I had to subtract a star.

It earned 2 stars since it died two months after the 1 year warranty ran out

They seem a bit more durable than even regular turtle beach builds

The only other thing that has been a bit of an annoyance but workable is the buttons on the right ear can be hit easily when adjusting, putting on or adjusting the headset

Good sound, good wireless, easy to use, good build quality, a bit on the snugger side.

Started getting a random static noise every now and then about a year into use

This is a piece of tin on the inside and doesn't make any good noise

And although these headphones aren't marketed as noise canceling, they mute all but the loudest outside noises

They have this obnoxious chirping noise from some kind of interference.

But while they are "on" it makes this hissing noise that is very obnoxious

UPDATE: After one year of ownership, the adjustable plastic on one earphone has snapped and these headphones are no longer usable

While the plastic is a little rigid and has to be broken in, the quality of it is really nice

They have a cheap, plastic feel and for the 30 minutes I could stand

She liked them and i may buy a pair locally to give them another shot as i realize there is always going to be some random defective units.

On one headset, I was able to charge as needed over a thirty day period, then the unit failed.

Also, the unit doesn't isolate you from the noises going on around you

The second unit failed on the third day of use and recharging

This unit was a nightmare to setup and simply wouldn’t work with any of my rear USB ports no matter what I tried

They responded that the buzzing is probably Far Cry

Contacted support to fix the buzzing and the hub not working

headset.**EDIT 4/8/18**Was getting a terrible buzzing in my headset while playing Far Cry 5 (and now every game)
