    • If you are looking for a great AP that will give all your users stable, reliable and consistent (slow) speeds, then look no further
    • These units are great as they're dual band, use a single SSID and if the area you're at is saturated with wifi (such as an apartment complex) one of these will be your best friend as it'll select least populated bands for better range and speeds
    • You're rewarded with a rock solid Wifi access point that provides great speeds and a great feature set
    • Wired connections to this server are faster (transfer speed is
    • By the way, there is a new feedback for this AP and he has to make that change manually also to get faster speed(1300mbps).To reply to one of the comment regarding I am just testing it with home level equipments
    • Get the best speed for the price.

    • Besides my LR model gives me consistent speeds between 40-50Mbs
    • They did and the speeds that I am getting are fantastic
    • Great access point, fast speeds and very easy setup
    • While I cannot say the range is truly 122 meters because I did not particularly test that, I can say that compared to the highly-touted consumer NETGEAR Nighthawk AC1900, just one unit of the Ubiquiti Wireless Access Point got me excellent signal at great speeds in areas that previously got absolutely no Wi-Fi
    • Mainly I was hoping to improve the wireless speed of a laptop on the other side of 2 walls that gets pretty good WiFi as it is
    • Also, Comcast can't support a blazingly fast pipe into my house - the wires won't support it even though they'll sell me "up to" some impressive speeds
    • They range and speeds are solid and the UniFi controller works very well
    • They range and speeds are solid and the UniFi controller works very well
    • Here's the reason for the headline - these are very reliable units and work well, but too many people expect a new WAP to work miracles, magically filling a 4,000 square foot house with signal or massively improving transfer speeds, but what I found is the signal strength and Wi-Fi speeds were largely the same as the gear they replaced
    • Pros:- no more dropped wifi- faster speed than before- has the ability to have a guest network and make a printer available to the guest network (or any other network resource I might want to make accessible)- lots of information available in the management softwareCons:- for
    • After upgrading from my old Netgear router/AP combo hardware, my wireless speed is now as fast as my DL speed - something I never had on the old setup
    • While I can say they are not worthy yet of campus/enterprise environment due to poor overall speed compared to others, lack of auto channel, poor TX power management, Java applet software controller
    • ft.)- Speed is good
    • Fast speeds.
    • The speed of the network is noticeably faster than our existing network (even though we are still using the same switch).
    • The PoE is nice and the 1000GB link(s) to and from the unit are unique, so the speeds are great
    • For now it works good, if no obstructions ,wifi speed is incredible
    • The AP has great range and speed but a few days after using it, the PoE injector started constantly letting out a very loud incredibly high pitched whine that changes frequency presumably depending on how much power it is drawing at the time
    • It works, but I get slow speeds compared to everyone else for some reasons... been through lots of sessions with tech
    • The current price is perfect and you should definitely consider implementing one into your network!A follow up on my previous review, I decided to implement another one of these into my network to provide better speeds and it has become an addiction
    • I received this as a present from my girlfriend recently when I graduated from college, and I told her (actually, PROMISED her) that our wireless speeds would become the best
    • Replaced an Asus RT-AC3200 wireless router with this Ubiquiti AC PRO and this thing has much better signal and speeds throughout the house now
    • Covering 8K square foot church, mostly all open space, and even has usable speeds through a concrete wall and into another children's
    • Good speeds over 200 ft away

    • I get consistent speed tests of 80 Mbs down from fast.com.
    • Update: I just saw too many issues with connectivity, range, speed that could not be overcome compared to my old Apple Airport Extremes.
    • So for me, usability and stability are 100% better, vs just a great speed test
    • n’t slow down your connection if the wired router you choose also supports gigabit speeds
    • Easy to set up for the most part although you can tweak quite a bit, but speeds are fantastic
    • They don't claim the fastest speeds, but the signal strength is so good that it more than makes up for that.
    • This access point has been great, better speeds and cost less than most high end consumer wifi access points
    • Easily covers a 5600sq ft house with excellent speeds and no drops in any part of the house.
    • But, wish the speed would be a little better
    • I've experienced some amazing LAN speeds, but it's incredible that I was getting 140Mbps+ speeds with this device from across the house
    • I am in a apartment complex and it works to acheve the right channel to get the best speeds
    • They are monsters and provide excellent speeds.
    • Now, best wireless speed is little over 100Mbs and as low as 15Mbs depending on the distance
    • I have owned most consumer wifi/routers including the most recent top of the line, and after a little tweaking, this access point along with the edge router is far more flexible, and offers consistent max speeds to my devices
    • Finally achieving great coverage with impressive speeds
    • Once the Unifi equipment was configured and running I noticed much more consistent speeds throughout the house
    • This is why cell phones and tablets may not get as fast speeds as a desktop with a more powerful network card in it, or even some laptops.
    • and it's shipping firmware and was getting ~10MBs slower speed than the Intellinet AC1200 access point I'd been using

    • I always experienced super fast speeds around 110-120Mbps with my LAN connections, so I was perfectly fine with this
    • If you are looking for a great AP that will give all your users stable, reliable and consistent (slow) speeds, then look no further
    • It is a good AP point but you should not expect to get crazy speeds on this, I get around 280-300 down and 400 up on a galaxy s10 my ISP is google fiber (900+/900+ wired)
    • This AP is the bomb, I get better upload and download speeds from 2 floors away from it than I got right next to my cable company supplied router/ap/modem combo.
    • Speed and coverage is awesome and they play nice with apple devices as well as other brands
    • Newer devices which support AC and the 5Ghz band will benefit from the better speeds that this offers

    • Lots of devices and they all work at top speed
    • Which are significantly good speeds in my book, and outperformed my Cisco APs
