I look at this drone as purely a learning and practice only drone to help familiarize yourself with drones and their controllers to better operate the higher-end drones when the time comes so that you don't have to fear crashing the more expensive drones like you more than likely will with this one several times.

You only get eight or ten minutes of flight time per charge, but that's never bothered me - I crash so often that in eight minutes I'm kinda ready to take a break anyway

This is great for beginners to learn how quadcopters work and it is heavy duty so it can handle some pretty rough crashes!

I've crashed this thing a lot and only damaged 1 propeller when hit a chainlink fence.

This older model can be unstable if knocked by a bit of turbulence, and its falling and tumbling down from 50 feet up and hitting the pavement broke the camera (stopped working) with the subsequent very hard crash

I did notice that one of the "trim" levers seem to not respond...not sure if this is functioning as designed or if it is "in fact" broken as I don't have another one to compare.
