Awesome sound quality, nice size not too big and not too small.

Sound quality is great, although I think it is significantly overpriced at $199

It was fine, filled the space with enough sound (though as the crowd filled in, the other tailgate's speakers eventually could be heard), and had pretty good audio quality

My ears are calibrated to view the sound quality as good as needed

While Ultimate Ears has a reputation for creating great sounding audio devices for the portable market, people have an expectation that it should sound audiophile-grade

this is an impressive and powerful speaker with great sound, excellent battery life and a very small form factor

The Blutooth signal has a good long range - I've left my tablet inside on a table, taken the speaker outside my home and walked around the yard without losing the connection

They are ok but not that clear sound and range is not that good keep breaking up.

The UE Boom App also is an extra bonus, because you can use it to monitor the battery life of the speaker, and from what I am reading you can use the App to facilitate connection to more than one speaker at the same time, which is something you cannot do with a basic one-to-one Bluetooth smart phone to speaker connection.

The app has lots of technical for the control freak in your family like my husband is when it comes to electronics

The fact that there is an APP available for it by which the speaker's EQ settings can be adjusted as it streams and can control whatever you are streaming from your device (I am using an iPhone6s with wonderfully user-friendly and effective results.
