Used it a couple of times and from then on just hitting the other button that gives them a plain old beep worked without hurting their ears

It doesnt seem like it hurts his ears which is what I was concerned about, it just gets his attention and makes him look at me without barking.

It didn't seem to hurt my dogs' ears, but it would get their attention and it was something they wanted to avoid (aka perfect for gently training bad behavior out of them)

I like that it has a button for sound feedback as well as to activate the device

Item did arrive quickly and customer service has been great, even though product did not work as we needed
