Crystal clear transmission and reception, with the ANL (noise limiter) switched on

I have a little better reception with it, but nothing groundbreaking

I get great reception from the small CB radio with awesome range.

My reception with my antennae is perfect

Used with TRAM 703 antenna and reception reached well over 5 miles

However, should have read the reviews on the radio itself... even after 5 different antenna and cable combos, along with several hours with an actual CB tuner, (thanks to a friend), this unit just has very poor reception, and very poor range

I matched this cb with a "lil-will" antenna and it transmits very good with crystal clear reception

The anl switch cuts through static really well to improve reception, although it sometimes dulls out the audio of the person you are trying to hear
