Rock solid mount, quality adhesives, neat design, and extra install adhesive pads which came in handy

After determining a good mounting spot on my 2013 Dodge Dar Limited, (near the middle vent and the information/navigation screen) I mounted the main part of the mounting system onto the dash after cleaning it with the supplied pad

The sticky pad mounting makes the the product very versatile.

I tried two others--one a vent mount from a highly rated company, and then another hard mount also highly rated.

Although I followed the instructions to the letter, the mount ended up falling off after only a few days.

I confess that it did not hold very well under my heavy-duty case, but once I added a pop-socket to my phone case and then put the disk on the end of the pop-socket, I loved the car mount so much that I bought it as a Christmas gift for several family members.

No more large universal snapping arms, no more suction cups and residue, and no more vent mounts

Also as I recall, I wanna say both were labelled as being 3M. IDK if this is the truth of fake 3M, but they just didn't hold worth a darn.

That will reduce the torque on the 3M sticky pad.
