This product worked as it was supposed to, but with the extra thickness of the tempered glass (not that it is super thick...it is still quite thin) but I could not use my phone cases with it, because the lip around the front wouldn't fit over the glass

Saved my screen, not once but twice after significant drops.
It broke after my nephew dropped it (keep in mind he is two years old, very short kid) and it was less than a foot from the ground and the whole screen protector shattered

The problem with the first try was not the product - it was me ... "user error", as they say
Had some trouble applying the first time, but that was due to user error
It could be user error but in all honestly I think it's the method and design of the product that can cause it to fail, not the user.
