I have lower back issues and this has great lower back support.

The back support is great, the casters roll nice and smooth, and everything just feels right

The reason for buying this chair is because I like the design of its armrests

I just ordered a seat cooling cover to compensate for this issue

Assembly went smooth and it initially appeared to be a decent quality build

The assembly wasn't terrible but would of been a lot easier if the holes matched up

Had these holes lined up, the assembly would have been easy.

I bought this chair primary because the reviews promised easy assembly but that was not the case with me

The screws that assemble the chair are way to short and don’t work

Way worse than the Amazon Basics chair that's only $100.

The toolbox as you called it is also terrible because the only way to open it is to rip away the packaging that has the numbers of the screws on it
