The chair feels plenty strong to support someone way heavier than I am, the cushioning could be a tad softer, but I'm sure it'll get softer after a month or two of use
so I wish the cushion was softer but this is well worth the price, wish I had purchased this instead of the other chairs in the past,you will enjoy this chair.
The headrest pillow was fantastic, but the detachable lumbar cushion was straight trash
If you like cushioning you won't like this chair or you will at least want a soft padded seat cushion
i sit on chair for gaming but makes my bottom hurt after a hour or 2 would have liked a better cushion

However, the other issue I have is that the seat isn't wide enough to support tall people, and I don't see how it would support people up to 440 pounds.
cause it's a big chair and it supports up to 450 pounds and has the same features that the dxracer has .
I'm easily 400 pounds and the chair definitely supports me easily and even in the fully reclined position
It is sturdy and supports my 300 pounds quite nicely it does make some noise when I recline it or when I put the back
These chairs are supposed to support over 400 pounds this is the main reason why I purchased the chair as I am a big man

I would suggest a cheaper chair if you want comfort and if you like me looking for a chair that can support heavy people, don't choose this chair or Vertagear.
Customer service is good, and after some time the comfort will be better.
It doesn't hurt the comfort of the chair at all, but I'm afraid over time these issues are going to get worse and eventually break

they didnt read my message at all and instead just want to send me more replacement parts for the replacement parts that are replacing the defective replacement parts

I Bought this chair as a present & within 2 weeks the wheels broke.
bought it 2 days ago, already one of the wheels broke, regular use, nothing crazy, normal wooden floor, pretty sad
