I appreciate all the help they provided with my defective product and in providing a replacement.

What exceeded my expectations is the suction cup on the back

The suction cup doesn't hold very well and the battery doesn't last as long as I had hoped, but the sound is great!

Inexpensive, good battery life, waterproof, good suction cup hold.

But, the speaker is weak and the suction cup is worthless.

The suction cup doesn't work on tile and I haven't tried it on glass.

I use it in the shower and it does reach a loud enough volume

I have been using this for months now it works awesome great volume and I never take it out of the shower

They love using it in the shower, unfortunately I gave it only four stars because the volume is not very loud and it is hard to hear in the shower because of that.
