It should have been an easy installation but the screws provided with the mount are not compatible with a samsung tv

The piece that is supposed to secure the screw in the wal was to big and the screw is loose.

Mount came with assortment of screws; however, there were no screws long enough to mount the TV to the mount

This TV mount is cheap and did not even have the right screws to fit my TV

Only slight issue i had was the screws they sent to mount the plate in the back was to small

I bought this wall mount for my 32" Toshiba, because it was the Amazon Recommended wall mount

After having to buy a pack of screws to mount the TV, having to get new anchors and screws for the mount itself, and having two holes in the wall, I could have bought a much nicer wall mount that actually works.

The arm and the bolts are not greased at all, be prepared to get out some wd-40, because it is a rough day trying to get the arm to extend at all.

So I got my socket set out to use, which lets be real, if you have to use a socket wrench to mount something to a wall its a bad day.

It is bit flimsy, specially the rotating part

So if you are patient t it's worth the hassle

Some might think it's a bit stiff to maneuver but that can be changed with the included wrench to loosen or tighten the bolts of the actual mount.

I used the smaller bit and it worked great for me.

The directions were a bit confusing pertaining to the assembly of the arms but eventually I figured out the directions.
