It gained 5 stars from me because of the image quality

Didn't come with the HDMI cable the initial listing promised (deduct one star).

Guess I should have overlooked the near 5 stars and read some of the 1 and 2 star reviews before purchasing.

This lost a star only in that the DVI cable was missing out of the box.

Had to knock a star off for that.

I take one star away because other monitors worked fine in the same configuration, and another because ViewSonic support was not helpful in the resolution.

t work like you would expect.

Literally the only complaints I have is that the stand/stem isn't as sturdy as I'd like.

had a larger size but like this size better for business applications, as well as for gaming.
