if you’re low in K this is a good supplement

So since I love Zhou supplements (I have tried many of their products) and because it had the vitamin K which increases vitamin D absorption, I decided to try this

I especially like this addition of K2 to the D3 and find these supplements are easy on my stomach.

It seems that Vitamin K2 and D3 are important supplements for the bones, and furthermore, K2 (MK7) is the preferred form of K2
