They are the perfect height to be ear level when sitting on our couch

Stands are the right height and size for my JBL ES20 bookshelf speakers

The spikes would probably work well with carpet.

The spikes are not very sharp so if you have thick carpet, you may need to get some different spikes that can penetrate through the carpet better

Recently purchased a pair of these stands to support Polk Audio bookshelf speakers

These are a classy looking and excellent speaker stands

They also secure the speakers to the ground for better bass response.

Sharp looking, only problem is the center bolt sticking out , can damage your hardwood floors

Okay so these are nice looking but arrived with a large dent in them.

Very sturdy, easy to assemble, hide the speaker wires and good looking

I was a bit leery of these prior to purchase due to the negative reviews as to the build quality control and possible damage in shipping.

The VIVO floor stands are very good quality, very stable after assembly, and look good with the glass top & bottoms

The build quality is a little sloppy for the price due to very poor manufacturing on parts included to build the stands but over all the stands are very nice
