I like it......its less expensive than a PBX system, and the Auto Attendant is a nice feature
Overall, I think that it's a good system that has a lot of solid features compared to the competition
Other than that there are many other very useful features like autoattendant, multi-line, separate mailboxes for your extensions
Other features looked good, unfortunately, I didn't by a 4 line phone to have 1-2 lines stay busy for no reason, may work for a slow office but not a busy front desk.
Another not so good feature when a phone call comes in you can't press any buttons on any of the handsets unless it is to aswer the incoming call
The product build is not cheap looking, very well engineered, and instructions are easy to follow

This phone system did not work for our company for the following reasons
SB67158 DECT 6.0 4-Line Corded/Cordless Small Business Phone System with Answering System for our home office there and those phones work much much better, even though they are more expensive.
