When this thing loses a connection for no reason, you can wake up an extremely tired mother when her baby is soundly sleeping away, causing that poor mother to have yet one more restless night

The parent unit beeps if it ever loses connection with the baby unit, so you know if anything has happened!

Now after having it for a couple years it constantly loses connection to the base unit and just beeps over and over again while it tries to re-establish connection

The connection is great and the sound is crystal clear
