the uploading of your workout is automatic which is also a nice feature

Truly a good alternative to the more expensive and somewhat overwhelming (too many pages and features that I wouldn't use) other devices

The ability to be notified of incoming calls and see text messages on the display is a good safety feature - keeping me from reaching for the phone while rolling
