I really liked this Cookie Mold, excellent quality, the set included a wooden spatula and a recipe for nuts

One interesting thing is that all the recipes of walnut cookies I tried produce dough that while cooking expels an enormous amount of fat, it leaks out of all the crevices in the pan, leaving quite a puddle of butter on my stove after I am done with all the dough

Not criticism of the pan, just recipes, not sure it can be remedied.
