It seems very well built and is a great value for the price they are selling it for currently.
Quanta is the manufacturer ... they make a solid build, and have gotten an unfair "rap" for their built-to-a-price entry level tablets sold by Verizon.
At the current price levels, though, you get a physically well-built watch with full Wear 2.1 functionality for a price that's fair to call a genuine bargain.
