The Wilson Sleek Universal Cell Phone Signal Booster is USA made, a big plus for this reviewer.
I had previously bought a more expensive Wilson booster that connects to the back of a cell phone with velcro, but the Sleek is a little simpler and doesn't need the velcro on the back of the phone.
The Wilson Sleek simply does what it is advertised to do

With the Wilson Electronics Sleek Cell Phone Signal Cradle Booster, I can use my cell at a higher altitude.
We love this device so much we are ordering him a new phone to work better with this device.
The mounting devices sold separately need more work to accommodate modern car dashboards.windshield mounts are illegal here, and long arms vibrate too much.
Best device I've bought for a cell phone in a long time.
Great device, visitors love notNowin they cell phone services.

The Sleek Cell Phone Signal Cradle Booster from Wilson Electronics was obviously developed to benefit folks like me.
I already had the roof-mount antenna that I had used with one of the Wilson antenna pigtails that hooked into the antenna port on the phone, but I wrecked several phones as apparently if the antenna port becomes damaged, it kills the internal antenna as well (Moto W385), so I wanted a "cordless" booster of some sort.
The booster we received was defective after the 30 day return
We do see an improvement from 'no bars' to enough 'bars' to make a call with a 2G phone with T-Mobile but inconsistent, not due to the booster but due to a weak tower signal
With no bars or 1 bar of normal reception the sleek boost the signal as advertised to 4 or 5 bars
i actually did not think this thing could possibly be as simple to use and work as it was advertised.

This product works as advertised and I have recomended to co-workers as viable for our purposes.
The product works as advertised, just wanted more from it.
I have had issues with cell reception both in my house and when travelling (I live in a rural area) and this unit has been a great improvement!
They either got a defective unit (rare for Wilson products but if that's the case they have some of the best back-end customer service out there and exchanges/ returns are simple), or they didn't install properly
And Wilsons new company gives very slow replacement of defective units.
The unit was easy to hook up, except for the antenna adapter issue, and it is nice to know that I no longer need to get in the car to drive to where I have cell service to talk to someone.
The unit will get hot around the antenna connection: it won't burn
To boost the LTE signal get the Sleek 4G (813426)which boosts signals in 698-746 MHz / 746-787 MHz / 824-894 MHz / 1850-1995 MHz / 1710-
With Wilson Sleek I get a 3-bar or occasionally better 3G signal that allows me to place and receive calls
I hooked this baby up,now at home I get 3G, with 3 out of four bars, and its rock solid
This weak coverage area that I drive through is notorious for dropped cell phone calls.
I live in a rural area of northern Michigan and had poor to terrible coverage on my phone in the car this wonderful unit has solved that with flying colors.
It was brilliant, first time that's ever happened in many trips
and occasionally we'll stack two phones on it when desperate times call for desperate measures.
I purchased a Panasonic (Panasonic-KX-TG7645M, typical example, available from Amazon) wireless phone system with bluetooth, put the base next to the cell/antenna combo, paired 'em up and presto
What I believe happens is... as you travel at 75 miles per hour down the highway, the tower you are currently sending communication over tends to not give up the signal to the next tower at the appropriate time
I live in the woods and had a hard time getting phone service
The Wilson Cell Phone Signal Booster has been a big help in those weak signal areas that I travel in for my work, and it is worth the $100 I paid for it
When testing with the app "Network Signal Info Pro" initially in a good service area I didn't notice much of a change
At home, the signal was not amplified at all, even though the locations I had placed the antenna were shielded from the receiver and in known good areas
I have used this item to boost more then one cellphone at a time as long as they are touching the booster
Rare now that I don't have both 24/7.Google how to change your phone setting to db from bars to read your signal if in weak areas .

I have used this item to boost more then one cellphone at a time as long as they are touching the booster
Only thing keeping the Sleek from a 5-star rating is the mounting system, which is inelegant, requiring a connection to the dash via a glued-surface mount, made from cheap plastic parts
i actually did not think this thing could possibly be as simple to use and work as it was advertised.
It appears to be brittle plastic, and just snapped when I slid my iPhone into it
Also would have been nice if Amazon recommended an adapter for the charging port rather than the extra antenna with the wrong connector.
Magnet Mount Antenna with FME Female Connector, but it has the wrong connector on it.
