Hey this is a great product (and support), but after finding out I need to locate the 2 antennas 8 feet apart, in an RV installation, I'm finding it impossible for me to run the coax from the driver's side to the passenger side (which is the only 'nice' way to make the install look good

We're fulltime RVers, my wife works remotely and needs a strong cell signal on the road as well as at our campsites

As advertised it is easy to install and it really works as long as it can find a cell

As suggested, I did a soft install where I thought components would work

Don't waste your money.

Tech support only available M-F during the day without understanding most RVrs are going to be installing on weekends and holidays

I would warn anyone not to waste money on this

Part of me is feeling guilty for being excited about having great cell service in a place that has been decidedly off the grid on PURPOSE, but when you have important people, places and things back home it really is necessary to be able to stay in touch in the case of an emergency

And people have been asking how I like it so far...guess what I'm saying?!

I’ve installed it in my campsite and have found that signal game is modest at best, certainly no better than 30 DB in spite of 50 DB claims

Then one day I fired up the generator to top off a battery and decided to plug the booster into the 120V outlet

It also works while he is on the road, as they use extremely remote roads on their way to "nowhere" just about every single day

BUT your hot-spot or phone have to be within a couple feet of the inside antenna or there's no improvement

I found I might have two bars but was able to make clear phone calls and even stream from my hot spot phone without buffering

Side note: The camp is a dead spot for ATT.

She identified the problem and told me to go ahead and lean my phone against the interior antenna, and voila 4 bars 4G every time....ergo our Mobile Hot Spot is a good port to the internet where we are alot which has zero internet and sketchy cell service.....until now for us!

The ONLY bands that are boostable, according to weBoost tech support, are 2, 4, 5, 12, 13, 17, 25

The tech-support at Wilson electronics was extremely uninformed/clueless, And seemed very confused about very simple questions

Mailed back (on my dime) the defective booster & the 120vac power supply.

Spend some time calling WeBoost tech support...to determine that the Booster was defective.

But if you are an avid camper and would like to have that extra service while in secluded areas, I would recommend this cell phone signal booster.

So if range is not an issue for you this product will be perfect for you.

This product was a complete disappointment

The product does not work as advertised and you have to set the phone within 1 inch of the inside antenna to get any type of better reception

if you have anything smaller than a 24 foot trailer or rv this product WILL NOT WORK however if you have an 08 FJ cruiser for some ungodly reason it'll work just fine in that

Our AT&T cell phones get pretty spotty service in way too many places.

We went to a campsite that had unuseable service

It was a little complicated to install but nothing too bad and Customer Service is wonderful

Apparently this only improves service that is already there, it doesn’t help at all you are on only 1x

Another outing at a different place where service was better but data was slow I turned this

However, after enabling WiFi calling I can use my previously useless cell phone for making calls and pretty much everything else.

Solid product and does what it says about getting better cell service but when totally cheap on the indoor antenna

I also performed some speed tests with a good cell connection

Product worked very well to bring in a very weak cell signal and make it usable
