Upon inspection it appeared that both Foot rails had piece's broken off, the right side had 2 broken pieces and the left, 1 broken piece

The only problems I had was the right foot rail was partially detached

I am able to use the treadmill , but not confident about stepping on the foot rail as it could come off anytime and cause injury

Right foot rail and all screw holders under rail were broken off

It was missing 3 screws and the attachment points on the plastic foot rail were broken off

Mine arrived with a broken foot rail and broken motor

One of the foot rails was damaged during shipping and they sent me a replacement foot rail right away.

ALSO, one M8 X 30MM bolt missing and two foot rail flat washer MISSING.

Rating it at 3 stars for the foot rail issue, otherwise i would have gone with 5 starts.

I figured if I quit or just didn't have time, the financial loss wouldn't sting as much as if I had spent $1k

The LCD screen is easy to read, the controls are easy to figure out and everything works as it should.

I also opted to get the 4 month extended warranty (although I waited for the standard warranty to expire) as it seems like a good deal, in home service for 4 months for only $60.
