The entire rig is far more rigorous and frustrating to fit together than I anticipated, so be aware that this undertaking may be the harshest workout you ever receive from this treadmill.

, they have helped keep me on track, I have found my workouts to be enjoyable, the comfortable cushioning is a plus!

It has a good range of speed, goes up to 9mph, and has everything necessary for a good indoor workout

my wife has reported her (admittedly light, not heavy) tablet rests on that cheap sensor/top of treadmill part (the part with the display built in saying how fast you're running in miles per hour and so forth) without falling off or any other problems so she can watch her videos while doing her workout on it.... even just walking/light jogging is an intense workout for her and she comes off the treadmill sweating heavily and satisfied that it gave her a good workout

Walking on it seems to be a tougher workout vs. Walking at 4mph outside.

Of course, you lack the stability and the feeling of space available on more expensive machines, and 1 mile on this machine feels like 5 miles on an expensive machine, but for this price and to get a good workout, this is absolutely adequate

I get pretty great workouts in just 30 minutes

The levels set on the machine for individual workouts are great for those who want to start off slow, and work up to a harder workout to lose weight and gain strength (nothing is easy when you haven't done any exercise in a long time).
