although like other reviews I read before ordering, the box looked a bit rough

they totally trashed the box and damaged the treadmill.

The box was ripped off but it is just a box.

Well, I no longer had the box as it was in shambles when it was delivered.

My box looked just like the others who posted about it.

The box was flimsy enough that the straps had cut through the cardboard and both ends of the box were crushed

 When this treadmill arrived the box was extremely damaged

It would be impossible to return even if I wanted to since you have to rip the box from around the product

It definitely needs a better box.

It was received in horrible condition, the box was missing the instructions and key

The box was broken and scuffed and held together with some post-shipping tape and plastic straps.

The box wasn't good enough to protect itself or the Treadmill

On a side note...initially i was worried because the box was damaged on arrival but all products inside the box were well packed
