This is upsetting because it seems like a very good product and works in every other way, but is unusable with the defective console.

But every time I used it, it gives me a good work out because it's me who's pushing it and not an electric powered machine so I get that good sweat in a matter of 5 mins to 10 mins.

but it's a better work out when you do.
