This was for school and arrived in great condition.

By marking every 5 degrees, readings from the device can be made to 1-degree accuracy and reported that way with significant figures.

With any measurement device, there is scale error when measuring, but this device is plenty accurate for applications that require measurements to the nearest degree.

That's about as good as a review as this product can get or deserves.
