was nice and professional in her approach, though she had very little depth to her understanding of your products and your product line and was completely unable to deliver any resemblance of a solution to the issues i was voicing other than telling me that your products are good and that she hasn’t seen these issues before in the camera in her car.

Your phones have had issues which have prevented the calls to occur when scheduled, your email responses are untimely and fail to provide solutions/resolution and quite frankly your product is inferior and doesn’t perform as promised.
