The next day I next contacted customer support at Whistle and told them what happened and the woman who tried to help me confirmed that the whistle should have provided me with an alert notification that it had fallen off the collar mount

I also had issues with sharing owners, but again, customer support cleared it up

Unfortunately my whistle came registered to a different user, but Whistle customer support is awesome

Conceptually Whistle is a great product, but it has not functioned well for me and the customer support is terrible.

We did have some problems registering, but customer support helped us resolve this issue in less than a day

So I contacted their customer support

People who need the latest toy, however limited its use?The single best use for this is as a reminder for meds etc, but then your calendar/phone/spouse/alarm can also do that, without hanging a relatively large chunk o' metal around Fido's neck
